Job summary

Rhino-Rack Australia Pty Limited is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team, working 25 hours per week across five days. This role focuses on managing customer accounts, processing payments, and supporting debt collection in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle reconciliations, maintain records, and assist with month-end reporting, contributing to process improvements while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience managing customer accounts, collections and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Experience using an ERP system, ideally NetSuite.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Follow up overdue invoices and support debt collection activities.
• Process and allocate customer payments across multiple currencies.
• Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
