Job summary

Navitas in Australia is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable professional to join the APAC financial control team. You will handle end-to-end AR tasks including revenue and debtor management, invoicing, collections, and accurate revenue recognition, plus daily banking reconciliations.

The role requires experience in AR, good Excel, teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Navitas provides employee benefits and flexible work options.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable tasks including revenue & debtor management with receipting & adjustments.

• Banking and daily bank statement reconciliation.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Job Description

This position covers a range of end to end Accounts Receivable tasks and you will be responsible for but not limited to Revenue & Debtor management including receipting & adjustments, Collections, Invoicing & ensuring correct revenue recognition, Banking & Daily Bank Statement Reconciliation and ad hoc duties.

Qualifications

The person we seek will ideally have the following:

• Experience in accounts receivable
• Basic excel skills
• Be a team player who exhibits flexibility to complete different tasks and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work fairly independently and utilise a level of initiative
