Job summary

Norwest Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy Western Sydney team. This end-to-end AR role covers invoicing, payment allocations, reconciliations and proactive collections across Blacktown, Norwest and Seven Hills.

You'll own the accounts receivable process, work with project managers, and ensure accurate ledgers and timely billing while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable.
• Strong reconciliation skills and experience maintaining accurate debtor ledgers.
• Confidence managing collections and following up overdue accounts.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with project-based billing in engineering, construction or professional services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
