Job summary

Legacy Club Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer for our Sydney office. You will manage end-to-end AP cycles, code invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments in a supportive not-for-profit environment.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will handle high-volume vendor queries, maintain records, and contribute to month-end processes while upholding internal controls and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in accounts payable end-to-end processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and XERO, plus Microsoft Excel.
• High accuracy, strong time management and solid accounting fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Process, code and verify weekly vendor invoices and payments.
• Manage vendor queries and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and issue remittances.
• Maintain accurate records, reconciliations and filing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end activities.
