Job summary

John Holland is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our Adelaide finance team. You will process supplier invoices, manage creditor payments, reconcile statements and ensure GST compliance, in a fast-paced construction environment.

Based in Adelaide, this role offers steady workload, a collaborative team, and exposure to large-scale infrastructure programmes with clear processes and a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable.
• GST knowledge and accounts payable principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare and process EFT payments to creditors.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide guidance on AP processes and maintain vendor records.
• Ensure compliance with GST and ATO requirements.
