Job summary

CSA Specialised Services, part of Waste Services Group, is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer based in Dandenong South. You will manage supplier invoices, code and process payments, and maintain accurate records across Victoria and Queensland.

This role suits someone who enjoys numbers, can resolve discrepancies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will use MYOB and Excel, handle multi-state AP processes, and contribute to month-end accruals and cash flow forecasting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable, invoice processing or a similar finance administration role.
• Experience using MYOB and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy when handling financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring purchase orders are referenced and invoices are accurately GL coded.
• Manage the accounts payable inbox, forwarding invoices to the relevant teams for purchase orders and approvals.
• Process employee reimbursements and reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare and process weekly, semi-monthly and end-of-month payment runs.
• Maintain organised records of processed invoices within the appropriate payment folders.
• Assist with month-end accruals and cash flow forecasting.
• Reconcile waste invoices and investigate discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across CSA and Argus Operations teams in Victoria and Queensland to resolve invoice queries and keep processes running smoothly.
