The successful candidate will manage high volumes of supplier invoices, perform PO matching, and assist with month-end processes while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position.
• Experience within construction, engineering, electrical services or a project-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to manage high volumes and competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Good Excel and general systems skills.
• Experience with an ERP/accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
• Supplier statement reconciliations and responding to supplier queries.
• Preparing and processing payment runs.
• Assisting with month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensuring invoices are correctly coded.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
• Providing general support to the wider Finance team as required.
