Job summary

Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG), is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at Norwest in NSW. You will process a high volume of subcontractor and supplier invoices with accuracy and maintain strong relationships across internal departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance position.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Timberline, TimberScan, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices with precision and attention to detail.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Perform regular reconciliations of vendor and subcontractor statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related enquiries.
• Support month-end processing and reporting as required.
