Job summary

Colac Area Health in Victoria is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy Finance team. You will lead the accounts payable function, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and providing high-level administrative support.

The successful candidate will have experience in accounts payable or finance administration, strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Adminstrator Role.
• Well-developed computer skills and literacy, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a specific focus on numerical work.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet tight timelines.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff members, customers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Knowledge of Financial Management Information Systems (i.e. Oracle or other).
• Advanced Customer Service Skills.
