Waterco Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for a fixed-term 12–15 month role at our Rydalmere head office. You will own end-to-end AP for Waterco Australia, supervise a small AP team, and help implement procure-to-pay automation. The role offers stability with potential for permanency as the business grows.

You will process invoices, manage payments, and ensure tight controls, while supporting month-end close and AP accruals. Full Australian working rights required.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in a high-volume accounts payable role.
• Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring others in finance.
• Exposure to AP automation, procure-to-pay or process improvement projects is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices with three-way matching to PO and goods receipts.
• Prepare and process weekly/ ad-hoc payment runs (EFT, foreign currency, credit card).
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and manage employee expense claims.
