Job summary

Core Lithium Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to oversee the full AP function from our Perth CBD office. The role supports the restart of Finniss operations and involves managing supplier payments as volumes rise.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of end-to-end AP experience, strong Pronto ERP skills, and the ability to lead a small finance team in a high-volume environment. Part-time consideration and an in-office schedule are available.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of end-to-end accounts payable experience.
• Experience leading, reviewing or mentoring AP work.
• Advanced, hands-on Pronto experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office capabilities with a focus on Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience in a medium to large operational business with high transaction volumes.
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong grip on AP controls.

• Lead AP day-to-day and set priorities for AP staff and contractors.
• Own end-to-end AP in Pronto and review processing quality.
• Prepare and check weekly payment runs for approval.
• Control vendor master data with proper verification of changes.

Accounts Payable Lead

Perth CBD | Monday to Friday, in office | Permanent | Full-time, part-time considered

• Circa $110,000 plus super, depending on experience
• Lead the AP function for a producer that's just restarted
• Small, accessible finance team in the Perth CBD

Most AP roles give you one slice of the process. This one hands you the whole function to lead, at the moment it matters most.

Core Lithium has taken Finniss from care and maintenance back to production in a matter of months. With the restart fully funded, first concentrate produced and first shipments on the way, our small Perth team is building the systems and disciplines of an ASX-listed producer.

Finance at Core is no longer a care and maintenance function. As mining, processing and construction ramp up at Finniss, invoice and supplier volumes are climbing fast, and accounts payable sits right in the middle of it. You'll be part of a small team where your work is visible and your ideas get heard.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll lead AP day to day and make sure our suppliers are paid accurately and on time as the operation grows.

• Lead the AP function day to day, setting priorities and guiding AP staff and contractors
• Own end-to-end AP in Pronto and review the quality of processing
• Prepare and check weekly payment runs ready for approval
• Control vendor master data, with supplier and bank detail changes properly verified
• Deliver AP month end, reconciliations and reporting
• Own AP procedures and controls, and lead improvements as volumes grow
