Job summary

Austrans Group in Queensland is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy finance team. You’ll help ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time while keeping our systems running smoothly.

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you’ll process invoices, POs and work orders, match charges, reconcile statements and liaise with internal teams and suppliers. Training will be provided for EFT runs and month-end activity.

Qualifications

• AP or finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Experience with Xero or similar (bonus).

The Role
