Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Administrator on a casual basis in Melbourne. You will work with a knowledgeable finance team, gaining hands-on exposure to supplier invoices, data entry, and payments while receiving full training and support.

You'll engage with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to process improvements, and develop your skills within a large corporate finance environment.

Qualifications

• Studying Accounting, Finance or Commerce, or a recent graduate.
• keen to develop career in corporate finance within retail.
• able to learn and adapt in a busy finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and support Accounts Payable activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
• Assist with payment processing and financial operations tasks
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
