Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Administrator on a casual basis in Melbourne. You will work with a knowledgeable finance team, gaining hands-on exposure to supplier invoices, data entry, and payments while receiving full training and support.

You'll engage with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to process improvements, and develop your skills within a large corporate finance environment.

Qualifications

• Studying Accounting, Finance or Commerce, or a recent graduate.

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Financial Operations team on a casual basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone studying Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, a recent graduate, or an individual looking to develop their career within a corporate finance environment.

Working alongside an experienced Finance team, you'll gain valuable exposure to accounts payable operations, stakeholder management, business improvement initiatives, and corporate finance processes while receiving full training and support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing supplier invoices and supporting Accounts Payable activities
• Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
• Assisting with payment processing and financial operations tasks
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
• Supporting finance systems and process improvement initiatives
• Contributing to finance projects and transformation activities
