Nacap is recruiting an Accounts Officer at our Doncaster HQ to provide accurate financial and administrative support across accounting functions. You will handle AP/AR, reconciliations and reporting, while engaging with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure precise financial processing.

The role reports to the Manager, Transactional Services & Systems – Finance, Administration & IT, and offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse infrastructure projects within a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as an Accounts Officer in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Tertiary qualifications; Australian recognised certificate or diploma in accounting, finance, or business.
• Strong administration skills including document control, purchasing and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as IFS or Concur.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and expense claims accurately and per policy.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes per contract terms.
• Post journals, accruals and adjustments as required.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in management reports, cash flow summaries and financial analyses.
• Provide general administrative support to Finance and Corporate teams.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement and HR for accurate financial processing.
