Job summary

Ampcontrol seeks an Accounts Officer to join the Finance team on a six-month contract, with potential extension. You will deliver accounts payable and receivable services, ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions while building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will handle day-to-day AP/AR, reconciliations, and respond to enquiries, contributing to continuous improvement across the finance function and supporting a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
• Respond to enquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Provide support on accounts payable and receivable processes; maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
