Job summary

Sharp & Carter Accounting Clerical Sydney is seeking an Accounts Officer to join their finance team on a full-time permanent basis. The role is predominantly Accounts Receivable to start but will eventually support Accounts Payable.

This position is based at their head office in the CBD with hybrid flexibility. You will join a close-knit team and contribute to efficient cash collection, debtor reporting, and supplier invoicing.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience across Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Friendly and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Allocating payments and processing daily cash receipts
• Monitor and manage the accounts inbox
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Generate and distribute debtor aged trial balance and credit balance reports
• Assist with Accounts Payable including process supplier invoices, and employee expense claims
• Assisting with other ad-hoc accounts payable tasks

The role will be predominantly accounts recievable focused to start but will eventually support the accounts payable function as well. • Intermediate excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
