Job summary

Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga in Griffith NSW is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer for Marian Catholic College. The role supports the Business Manager with all aspects of the college's finance function, including accounts, billing, and reconciliation, to ensure accurate financial operations throughout the school year.

This permanent, full-time position offers 76 hours per fortnight, salary Level 5 around $98,033 per year, and benefits such as salary packaging and EAP.

Your New Role

The Accounts Officer assists the Business Manager with all aspects of and the effective operations of the College’s finance function. The role will support the Business Manager with operating and monitoring of all College accounts, ensuring the safe receipt and handling of accounts payments and reconciliation of transactions. This includes completing administrative tasks related to the billing and collection of school fees and undertaking general office, administration and other financial management duties as required or delegated. The role contributes to the efficient, secure, safe and profitable management of the school in order to provide an excellent Catholic education for all of its students.
