Drake International is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator for a temporary assignment with one of our valued clients in the construction sector. This role requires a strong background in both creditors and debtors, with proficiency in MYOB and intermediate skills in Excel.

About the Role:
In this role, you will support the finance team by managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. You will also assist with reconciliations, reporting, and general administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices, schedule payments, and reconcile statements.

Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Perform bank reconciliations and prepare basic financial reports in Excel.

Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in accounts administration, covering both creditors and debtors.

Proficient in MYOB.

Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.

Located on Burton Rd, Adelaide.

$35 per hour + super.
