We're looking for an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our Finance team at our Qunaba, QLD office. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with responsibility across accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, banking, and finance administration.

As our Accounts Coordinator, you'll:
Process high-volume accounts payable, including invoice matching, coding, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
Manage end-to-end payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with legislative requirements.
Prepare customer invoices, allocate payments, manage receivables, and assist with debtor reporting.
Complete daily bank reconciliations and support weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting.
Maintain job codes, financial records, and key business registers within MYOB.
Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider business.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system efficiencies.
You'll bring:
At least 2 years' experience in accounts payable, payroll, or a general accounting role.
Experience using MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software.
Strong understanding of payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger processes.
Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the business.
A high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information.
