Job summary

Don Kyatt Spare Parts, part of the Don Kyatt Group, seeks an Accounts Clerk at our Tottenham head office for an immediate start. You will handle both Accounts Payable and Receivable, data entry, invoice processing, payments by cheque and EFT, and account reconciliations with local and overseas suppliers.

The successful candidate will be fast and accurate, with strong computer skills, a keen eye for detail and good customer service. Permanent right to work in Australia is required for this role.

An opportunity currently exists at our head office in Tottenham for an Accounts Clerk for an immediate start.

About the Role:

As a member of our accounts team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable & Receivable including:

data entry to process supplier invoices for payment

processing payments by cheque and EFT

reconciliation of supplier/customer accounts (local and overseas)

managing freights accounts

filing and ad hoc clerical duties to provide administrativesupport as necessary

About You:

The successful applicants will possess good, strong computer skills and will be fast and accurate, withan eye for detail and good customer service skills to deal with internal and external customers. They shouldbe able to follow through and work to deadlines, and have the ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
