Job summary

Michael Page in Australia is partnering with a Life Science company to recruit an accounting assistant. You will assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions across the finance function.

You will reconcile bank statements, support month-end and year-end reporting, maintain documentation for compliance, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations and reporting to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or finance-related tasks, particularly in accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
