Harvest Road Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Administration Officer to join our Finance team in Perth's CBD on a full-time 12-month contract. You will support AP/AR processes, reconcile daily banking, and manage invoicing with accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Join a busy, supportive team committed to quality and efficiency.

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience using computerised financial systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurate, timely processing of high-volume supplier invoices daily.
• Daily bank statement reconciliations and AR/AP tasks.
• Coordinate priorities to meet service levels and respond to queries.
• Maintain master files and perform month-end reconciliations.
• Communicate with stakeholders across entities and ensure confidentiality.
