Job summary

Richard Lloyd Recruitment in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an accounts administration role with varied duties and client interaction, offering a CBD location and 1 day of work-from-home. The package is $65k–$75k plus super.

You will manage incoming client calls, onboarding, ATO/ASIC portal duties, documentation and general office administration, supporting the accounting team. 1–2 years’ accounts or admin experience and progress toward an accounting degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an accounts or office administration role.
• Experience with ATO and/or ASIC portals highly regarded.
• Exposure to an accounting practice or professional services environment advantageous.
• Completed or currently studying towards an Accounting or Business degree/diploma.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients over the phone.
• Proactive, flexible approach across all office areas.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming client calls, emails and reception enquiries.
• Assisting with new client onboarding and company registrations.
• Supporting ATO and ASIC portal administration and lodgements.
• Preparing client correspondence, documentation and engagement letters.
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and general office administration.
• Maintaining client records, databases and compliance documentation.
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Providing general administrative support to the accounting team.
