Sulzer is seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for leading the local accounting team in Australia and ensuring aligned, compliant processes across PTP, OTC and RTR. You will manage month-end close, intercompany activity, and statutory reporting, while coordinating with group Tax and external auditors.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and DXC to optimize end-to-end accounting operations.

Formación

• CPA qualification or equivalent accounting certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading accounting teams.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong planning and coordination of accounting teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure high performance and alignment with global standards.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes including month-end, IS/BS, intercompany transactions and recharges.
• Manage internal and external audits and liaise with auditors for clean signoffs.
• Ensure timely statutory financial statements and tax submissions in line with local and group requirements.
• Collaborate with CoE on payables management and approve payments.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in accounting processes.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and DXC BPO to streamline end-to-end processes.
