Zusammenfassung

Q-CTRL is seeking a Global Tax Manager to own the group’s tax function from Sydney. You will liaison with external advisors on multi‑jurisdictional tax matters, manage tax compliance across Australia, the US, the UK and Germany, and lead the deployment of tax software before Jan 1, 2027.

You will oversee tax provisions, DTA/DTL roll-forwards, and transfer pricing studies while staying ahead of global tax changes and ensuring audit readiness in a fast‑growing scale‑up environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a senior or tax specialist role with relevant responsibilities.
• Chartered Tax Advisor, Master of Taxation, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional taxes.

Aufgaben

• Manage global tax matters across the group with external advisors.
• Prepare and review income tax returns, FBT, BAS, GST/VAT, Sales & Use tax and other indirect taxes.
• Consolidate tax provision and DTA/DTL roll-forward for financial statements; forecast & reconcile to statutory accounts.
• Lead transfer pricing studies and intercompany pricing documentation; support audit readiness.
• Monitor global tax legislation and advise stakeholders on impacts; drive compliance improvements.
