Bentleys Victoria is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead and grow a diverse client portfolio, acting as a trusted adviser to business owners and private clients. You will deliver proactive accounting, taxation and advisory solutions while mentoring the team to achieve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within a public practice accounting environment.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation expertise.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and providing business advisory services.
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to mentor, coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a diverse client portfolio, taking ownership of client relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to business owners and private clients.
• Deliver proactive accounting, taxation and advisory solutions, providing commercial insights and contributing to specialised consulting and corporate advisory engagements.
• Mentor and support team members, helping to develop capability, manage workflow and drive successful client outcomes alongside the broader leadership team.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, expand service offerings and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
• Work closely with Partners to build long-term client connections and support the future succession and growth plans of the business.
