Bentleys Victoria is a purpose driven Top 12 AFR firm seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio and act as a trusted adviser to business owners and private clients.

You will deliver proactive accounting, taxation and advisory solutions, providing commercial insights and contributing to specialised consulting. You will mentor team members and partner with leadership to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a public practice accounting environment.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation expertise.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing business advisory services.
• Proven leadership capability with mentoring and coaching skills.
• Desire to build a long-term career and progress into senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a diverse client portfolio and act as a trusted adviser to business owners and private clients.
