Job summary

RSM Australia in Perth is seeking a motivated accounting professional to join its Business Advisory team. You will prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance reporting for a diverse client portfolio, and build trusted relationships with business owners.

You will analyse financial information, identify value-added advisory opportunities, and collaborate with senior leaders to support client decisions while contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Advisory, Tax or Public Practice environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

You are a motivated accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients and delivering practical business solutions.

Depending on your experience, you may bring:

• Experience within a Business Advisory, Tax or Public Practice environment.
• CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying).
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
