Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Be near completion of, or currently progressing towards, your CA or CPA qualification.
• Practical experience using Xero and BGL.
• A sound understanding of Australian accounting, taxation and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
• Full working rights in Australia.

About the Role

Working directly with our team and clients, you will be involved in a diverse range of accounting and taxation assignments, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your experience grows.

Your key responsibilities will include:
