About the Job

Join a friendly, boutique accounting practice in the heart of Adelaide. We’re seeking an experienced Tax Accountant who enjoys variety, values relationships, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, office-based role, offering the chance to grow your career in a supportive and engaging workplace.

About the Role

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of SME clients, preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS, while also advising on tax, structuring, and business matters. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio, mentor junior accountants, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in public practice
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence to work both independently and as part of a team
• Skilled at managing workflows and meeting deadlines
• Comfortable delegating tasks and mentoring less experienced team members
• Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Experience with QBCC and/or Xero (preferred but not essential)
• Enjoys a friendly, team-oriented workplace and brings initiative – plus a sense of humour never hurts!
