Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Provide financial modelling, performance management, and strategic insights to business owners.
• Lead collaboration with offshore bookkeeping teams and build strong relationships with firm leadership.

What You Need:

• CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of finance experience.
• Strong analytical, tax, and financial modelling skills (Xero experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
