The primary purpose of this role is to manage the multinational program and policy end-to-end implementation process within the Allianz network and act as the multinational subject matter expert for the Natural Resources and Construction line of business. The other primary purpose of this role is to provide an effective and efficient administration and processing service to underwriting, accounts, claims, credit control and brokers/clients for corporate domestic accounts.

About the role

Support the Natural Resources and Construction line of business by processing and managing accounts within the Operations & Multinational division

Process high volumes of account transactions, policy documentation, and administrative tasks accurately and within established timeframes

Assist with line of business activities, contributing to broader team objectives and operational workflows

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless account servicing and timely resolution of queries

About you

Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, tools, and processes in a dynamic environment

Background in high-volume processing, data entry, or administrative operations, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector

Line of business knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, junior-level operational role
