Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a commercially driven Client Service Consultant to grow and manage a portfolio of emerging accounts, uncover opportunities, and support revenue growth through proactive client engagement.

You will be the primary client contact, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align needs with the right solutions, and drive renewals, expansions and margin outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in technology services sales, account management, recruitment, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships across a portfolio of client accounts, identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
• Drive account expansion through renewals, engagement extensions, and reactivation of dormant clients.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring responsive support and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with talent, capability, product, and delivery teams to align client needs with the right solutions and resources.
• Generate and manage pipeline activity, maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity plans.
• Support proposals, pricing, and commercial activities while protecting revenue and margin outcomes.
• Identify risks, coordinate delivery outcomes, and achieve portfolio revenue, growth, and sold margin targets.
