We’re on the hunt for a standout Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our Client Service team, based in either Melbourne or Sydney, and reporting to the Group Account Director This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working across print, POS, activations, and brand implementation - with a strong focus on client relationships, project delivery, and commercial results. As the key contact for your clients, you’ll be the central hub of information - ensuring briefs are sharp, comms are clear, and every project lands on time and to the highest standard. You’ll thrive on the pace, think on your feet, and know how to make things happen.

What you’ll be doing

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while proactively identifying new business opportunities
Developing and delivering smart account strategies that drive growth and long-term value
Managing day-to-day client communications and ensuring projects are clearly scoped and tracked
Collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality creative and production outcomes
Sharing industry insights, spotting trends, and staying ahead of the curve
Streamlining processes and improving performance across your accounts
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Living and breathing Dashing’s values every step of the way

About you

5-7+ years’ experience in Account Management, with a background in print, POS, activations and project delivery
Strong VM and fabrication knowledge (timber, metals, acrylic etc)
Proven track record hitting sales targets and growing key accounts
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercially savvy, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communicator who builds trust with ease
Passionate, driven, and confident - but always approachable and collaborative
Calm under pressure, with a solutions-first mindset
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Monday.com. Experience with Print IQ is a bonus!

The Non-Negotiables.

Experience: 5+ years in Account Management and end to end project management of Print (LF + SF), POS & Activations.
Sydney OR Melbourne based: Work in a hybrid setup - 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH.
