Job summary

Motion Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an Account Manager to own a major client account and work with creative, media, performance and technology teams. You’ll manage one primary client with 2–3 smaller accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account or project management within fast-paced agencies. Hybrid role with 3 days in the Sydney CBD office and 2 days from home.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Account Management or Project Management.
• Experience in creative/media/digital/marketing agencies preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with key clients and become a trusted partner.
• Manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring on time and on budget.
• Develop timelines, scopes of work, quotes and other key documentation.
• Coordinate projects across Creative, Performance and Technology teams.
• Write briefs and ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support Account Directors and Client Partners to deliver strong outcomes.
