Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager with FX & CFD experience to join a rapidly expanding global FX broker. The role is based in the Sydney CBD in a full-time position, with a competitive salary and a strong uncapped monthly commission structure.

You will maintain and develop client relationships by phone, in person, and networking with high net worth individuals, while also teaching clients about trading platforms and ensuring top-tier service. A client book is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in foreign exchange markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of the financial industry is highly regarded.
• Ability to speak additional languages is a bonus.
• Existing client base is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships via phone, in-person, and occasional meetings with high-net-worth individuals.
• Prospect and network to expand the client book.
• Educate clients on trading platforms and ensure high standards of service.

Based in the Sydney CBD, you will be managed by very experienced industry professionals in a supportive and professional work environment. Working as a specialist in a full-time position, the salary package is made up of competitive salary with a strong uncapped monthly commission structure.

About the role

As an account manager, you will be maintaining and developing client relationships both on the phone, in person and occasionally networking with high net worth individuals. You will also be teaching clients regarding to trading platforms at times and ensure clients receive the highest standard of service. In addition, you will also need a client book of your own and ready to jump straight into the role.
