Renowned for delivering high-quality projects and exceptional customer service, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team.

• Working full-time in the office, located in Northern Beaches, NSW

• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus super

The Role: As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for an established portfolio of clients, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard while identifying opportunities to grow each account.

This is a varied role that combines account management, business development and project management. You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate exhibition projects, and oversee on-site delivery to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and communication.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and generate new business.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and project costings.
• Coordinate exhibition and event projects from briefing through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers, contractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, invoicing and reporting.
• Attend exhibition installations and dismantles as required to oversee project delivery.
• Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities to further develop the business.

The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a confident relationship builder with experience managing client accounts within the events, exhibitions, marketing or project delivery sectors. You will be commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development or Client Services.
• Experience within the events, exhibitions, experiential marketing or related industries will be highly regarded.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial acumen and experience preparing quotations and proposals.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and attend exhibitions and events when required.
