Job summary

AWX, a leading recruitment company, invites applications for an Account Manager Cairns to join our growing team. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will support established clients across the Cairns region and build new relationships while delivering high-quality service.

You will manage a portfolio of clients and workers, coordinate recruitment activities from sourcing to placement, and work autonomously with backing from the wider team for training and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in blue-collar recruitment (preferred).
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the role

Due to continued growth and a considerable increase in demand from our local Cairns clients, we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager Cairns to join our team in a full time work from home role.

As an Account Manager, you will play an essential role within our recruitment business, providing ongoing support to our established and long term clients across the Cairns region, while also building strong relationships with new clients.

This is a fast paced and high volume role that requires you to be agile, organised and committed to delivering quality service. While you will be working remotely, you will be well supported by the wider team, with ongoing mentoring, training and collaboration to help you thrive and succeed in the role.

Your experience working in a similar recruitment and/or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for your success. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
