Job summary

Truckline is seeking an Account Manager to develop customer partnerships and grow a portfolio across your territory. You will work with branch and sales teams to provide tailored solutions, build trust with fleet operators and trade customers, and drive profitable growth.

You will manage relationships, identify new opportunities, conduct regular visits and reviews, and develop plans to meet revenue targets. A strong focus on CRM usage and reporting supports ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Current driver's licence.
