Job summary

Truckline, Australia’s go to destination for truck and trailer parts, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Cairns team. You will manage and grow key customer relationships, drive sales performance, and deliver tailored solutions that support customer success across our branch network.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to meet targets while representing a market-leading

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or sales (automotive, truck, parts or related industry highly regarded).
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time management capabilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and finance teams.
  • Contribute to broader sales strategies and initiatives.

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our Cairns team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, driving sales performance, and delivering tailored solutions that support our customers' success.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and branch networks to ensure a seamless customer experience while identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
