Job summary

Truckline Murwillumbah is seeking a friendly, motivated Parts Interpreter to join our branch on a full-time basis. In this customer-focused role, you'll help customers find the right truck and commercial vehicle parts while delivering excellent service.

Working closely with the branch team, you'll support stock control, order processing and part recommendations, ensuring quick fulfilment and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with truck and commercial vehicle parts enquiries.
• Identify and source the correct parts using catalogues and computer systems.
• Process phone, email and online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide advice and recommendations on suitable parts and products.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with stock control, receipting and inventory management.
• Support general branch and customer service activities.
• Help resolve parts and compatibility enquiries when required.

Job Description
