This is an exciting opportunity to join JLT Public Sector (part of Marsh) supporting service delivery for Local Government clients across Victoria and Tasmania. Local Government is diverse and complex - much like the solutions we provide, from managing self-insurance funds (Mutuals) and supporting in-house claims teams, to delivering broader risk and insurance services that help protect the long-term interests of local communities.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening client relationships and enhancing the experience across a portfolio of Public Sector clients. You’ll provide high-quality administrative and technical support to the account management team, clients, and key stakeholders, helping ensure seamless service delivery and consistent outcomes.
