Job summary

Deputy is a global SaaS company providing workforce management solutions for hourly workers across 100+ countries. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, driving revenue by understanding customer workforce challenges and demonstrating Deputy’s value to prospects.

You will work with GTM teams, collaborate with Customer Success, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, closing SMB or mid-market deals.
• Track record of meeting quotas.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools.
• HR tech or workforce management background preferred.
• SDR/BDR background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Qualify opportunities and progress them through the funnel.
• Run discovery calls using MEDDPICC to understand challenges.
• Deliver tailored product demos to key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close deals to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with SDRs on pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
