Job summary

Stripe Australia seeks an Account Executive for Adaptive Pricing and Managed Payments to drive adoption and revenue growth across ANZ. You will lead business and technical conversations with prospects and customers, progressing complex deals and shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and other GTM teams to solve customer needs and build repeatable sales playbooks. A data-driven, self-starter mindset is essential as these products scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical and product-led requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, product adoption, and new customer acquisition across ANZ using MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Establish and maintain a consistent co-selling rhythm with Core sales teams and cross-functional partners to identify, progress, and close opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and lead complex customer discussions.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Adaptive Pricing and Managed Payments and cross-border selling.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, competitors, and the market.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to inform Stripe’s product roadmap through customer feedback.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Collaborate across Stripe to develop solutions that meets user needs.
