Job summary

JJR Engineering on the Gold Coast is hiring an Accessory Fitter to join our team. You’ll fit trims, equipment and custom modifications to trucks in a modern workshop, with a focus on quality and durability.

You'll inspect and test vehicles, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with others to complete projects. We offer a 4-day work week, onsite parking, uniforms and PPE, free training, health fund and car-related discounts, plus a supportive, family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as accessory fitter or vehicle technician.
• Familiarity with trucks and vehicle accessories.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Good communication and customer service vibe.

• $34+ per hour + Super + up to $220/Week Attendance Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fitting cool accessories to trucks: trims, equipment, custom modifications – you name it!

• Inspecting and testing vehicles to make sure they’re top-notch.

• Keeping things organised and ensuring safety standards are always met (you’re a safety superstar).

• Teaming up with others to knock out projects like a pro.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’ve got experience as an accessory fitter, vehicle tech, or similar (if you've tinkered with trucks, even better!).

• You know your way around vehicle systems and accessories

• A detail-oriented attitude and a commitment to doing things right – because we care about quality!

• You’re a team player but can also handle things solo

• Good communication skills and a friendly customer service vibe!
