Job summary

Salexo Consulting is seeking an Access/DDA Consultant to support a broad range of Class 2–9 projects. The role suits someone developing in the sector or an experienced consultant seeking greater involvement with design teams and complex projects.

You will review documentation, interpret accessibility requirements, and work with architects, engineers and builders to integrate compliance early in the design process.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Interest in accessibility, compliance and the built environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with architects, engineers and builders.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings for accessibility requirements.
• Interpret and apply NCC, DDA and AS1428 suite.
• Assist with accessibility reports and technical advice.
• Work directly with architects, engineers, builders and project teams.
• Attend project meetings and site inspections.
