Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is seeking a Manager, Aboriginal Workforce and Development to drive initiatives strengthening Aboriginal workforce representation across the district. You will lead programs, partner with leaders and stakeholders, and shape workforce planning with culturally grounded approaches.

The role focuses on developing and sustaining Aboriginal workforce participation, policy influence, and collaboration across NBMLHD, enabling impactful employment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in design, leadership, implementation and evaluation of Aboriginal workforce initiatives.
• Knowledge of Aboriginal employment strategies and data-informed policy development.
