Job summary

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress invites applications for a Full‑Time Permanent role coordinating, designing and delivering professional development and training for Congress staff, with a focus on Aboriginal staff.

The successful candidate will bring Learning & Development experience, a Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain), a NT Driver’s License and the ability to travel to remote locations as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development with possession of Cert IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for developing workers and aligning learning pathways to strategy and succession plans.
• Great team player with excellent stakeholder management capability.
• High motivation with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team.
• Current NT Driver’s License.
• Willingness and ability to travel to and work from remote locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, design and facilitate the professional development and training of all Congress staff, with a strong focus on Aboriginal staff growth.
