Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to provide flexible, culturally respectful care to Aboriginal individuals, families, and communities. This is an Aboriginal identified role; you will act as a key link between community members and health services, ensuring access, trust, and improved outcomes.

You will support and build connections between community and health services, contribute to health promotion, education, and screening programs, and maintain

Qualifications

• Aboriginal identified role; outline connection to community and how this informs practice.
• Hold or be working towards Certificate III in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (or similar).
• Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and health issues.
